Is there a way at all to get Powerful Potion of Slaying Scarlet’s Armies, aside from buying it on TP?

If this is not an item acquired by drop or crafting, where does the supply come from? If there is no source for supply, shouldn’t the price be way higher than it is right now?

doesn’t show how to acquire it other than TP. Acquisition are all “historical”.

No, the only source at the moment is the TP.

The supply probably comes from the stacks and stacks many of us have from Season 1 in the bank. I know I have sooo many of those Potions.

Basically, they have no use except in Aetherpath of Twilight Arbor, so demand is extremely low. Technically there’s also the Nightmare Fractal, but the rest of the game only has scattered open world events, which are just not worth a unique utility.
