It would be kind of nice to know beforehand if they will also cost 250 hero points. Or are they going to make hero points 25 points each in the new maps and cost 500 hp?

For a person who likes to explore the new content with a new elite it would be nice to know beforehand to somewhat prepare if needed.

In the demo, Hero Challenges awarded 10 points each. There were 5 Hero Challenges for the Crystal Oasis map shown on the loading screen.

I don’t know if that information tells you anything, or if any of it will be changed at launch.

Going by the Heart of Thorns experience, I was expecting 100 points per hero challenge in the desert, with the elite spec costing 2000 to 3000. You know, so we have to play the new content to unlock it But, maybe not.

Having the elite spec unlocked right away would remove some of the urgency to explore the new expansion, which I think would be a bad thing, overall… but I expect I’m in a minority for feeling that way!
