Primeval Armour Set
It’s not an armor set. It’s a skin. You apply it to your current armor. Afterwards, you can keep the look by using Transmutation Crystals.
Yup, just be aware that if you put the armor skin on a set of armor that is lower than level 80, you will need a different type of transmutation crystal to transfer the look of the armor to a level 80 set of gear. These transmutation crystals are the blue ones and are available from either the gem store or can be random, rare rewards from doing the daily or from opening black lion chests.

I’m pretty sure you will have to chose between wearing it in PvE or PvP, at least I don’t recall seeing those skins I bought (that I use in PvE) in the PvP locker.
Otherwise it’s what above posters said.
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”
Also, you can only apply the skin 1 time from the item you will get from the store. After that, you have to use Transmutation Stones (for under level 80) to transfer the skin from your current armor to your new armor, and then have to use Transmutation Crystals at level 80.
If you end up selling, or salvaging your gear with the skin before transmuting it to a new armor, you lost it forever and have to buy the skins again.
You have to chose whether to use the skin on PvE (and WvW) or PvP, not both. When you use it for the first time you get a one time choice to use on PvE or convert to PvP, if you chose to convert to PvP they become PvP skins that you can deposit on the PvP locker, but can’t use on PvE.
If you want to use it both on PvE and PvP you’d have to buy two sets.
wrapped up in some crazy ritualist hoo-ha from Cantha.
A real grab bag of ‘you can’t hurt me. They’re called Guardians.
