so i was looking for a way to get into the areas outside of the grove, and managed to get myself into privet gardens, its really pretty and filled with fireflies at night time, although i forgot to take a screenshot of the fireflies, but here’s what it looks like:

Thanks, i have also now managed to reach Necrolith Bay, the Sea Rider’s Gate and Sea Watchers ledge, although there is nothing at any of these locations, nor does the land match up with the map for these places.

yup its basically just water at the other areas… you are under the map and can only swim around at the whole are of The Grove…. found a few nice spots for epic screenshots of though

I assume you mean going to the ocean below the ocean and relogging.

At least, that’s how I get everywhere in Grove/Lions arch/Cursed shore

Now if only I could find a way to do it in brisban…

Everyone should probably not post how you reach these places here. Unless it can be used as a explote. Because Anet will block access to these cool areas.

I would hope not, it’s not causing any harm after all.
And if it can be used as an exploit, wouldn’t that be more reason not to post how to do it? (Although I can’t see a way an area with nothing can be used to exploit).

Navzar, the one Kenage found is easily reachable, it’s part of the Grove. Go to the bottom level to a waterfall on the northish side. There are two pools of water. Jump into the left one and swim through the tunnel.

I use that grotto all the time for my sylvari’s commune-with-Mother sessions. Just be aware that you run the risk of surprising ERPers in there.

It’s one of the objectives in Guild trek mission actually.

You can swim under the whole level 80 Orr map too, someone supposedly working for Arena Net showed me it and said not to ever show it to anyone else.
Yeah, and he also had Arena Net T-Shirt, I think.

i like to explore things like this and found some other spots where you can get to spots outside the “normal” map and walk on the mountains etc

the first screenshot is aces-sable if you are at the bottom of the grove and you half to get your feet wet.

An Asura gets there first… come on Sylvari, that’s embarrassing!

I found a way where you can see some volcanic rock like the screenshots above but I couldn’t get past the wall. You need to start at the back of Naulshead Refuge and keep jumping up the ledges until you get there. Hopefully some of you can get further!

look at that, particularly image #5 & 6 look like something that they plan to use, I fell into underground of wayfarer once (after using mesmer’s phase retreat) but it was just unending underground ocean, those underground area have some trees! that just made too many questions! also, the asuran things, not sure if it's part of that jumping puzzle
