Not sure where else to put this, so i’ll put it in general.

I’ve run into this problem before just a little, but i ran into it again today, and this time it really bothered me.

I’ve been trying to figure out the best weapon/trait mixture that suits my playstyle for the most effectiveness, ease, and fun.

To test this, i don’t go to the golems, they don’t attack back. I go to the NPCs. Not only do i want to test the offensive capabilities, but the defensive capabilities of each build as well.

The problem is that i cannot accurately judge this when two or three other people keep attacking the same target as me, or draws the attention of my target away from me.

I realize that taking turns is impractical, that would take forever, but the current method just isn’t working for me.

I was thinking it might work out to make the Heart of the Mists area an instanced zone for each player and the party they might happen to be in, that way each person gets to test their builds in a vacuum void of other players, or with other players should they so choose.
