Hi, I just bought the Magitech medium armour skin from the gemstore but I was under the impression that it was like a withrdaw as many as you want thing like the achievment skins you get where you can put them onto any character. Now I think the case is that you have to use the skin off of whatever armour you put it on which really sucks imo, is there any way I can get a refund or something because I wanted to use it anytime on any of my medium armour characters

I doubt they will give a refund since the description states it is a one time use per piece.

For a price and some time investment, you can. You have to transmute the skinned item onto a low white item. Then put that in the bank and withdraw it on the alt. The alt can then transmute it back onto a stat item. You can only have one of it at a time, though.

If you want to try for a refund you can contact support with the tab at the top of the page then go to ‘ask a question’. They are the only people who can answer your question and give you a refund if the answer is yes.
