I just need this answered real quick please? If I delete a level 80 but save all the armor,weapons and such. As long as I name the new character the same thing, can I use all my stuff. Like if I delete a guardian roll a warrior can I use all my stuff at 80? Thanks to whoever answers

I don’t think you can use soulbound items in that case.

No if it says soul bound you cannot use it on another character.

The best you can do is break the soul binding to keep the skin. This will make it account bound. You will lose the stats and you will need to do it with the character the items are bound to. Then you will have to use a transmutation stone to put the skin on the new item belonging to your new character.
