Guild Wars 2

Well. I fell in love with engineer after some leveling of each class. I understand rifle/pistol damage doesn’t scale like a heartseeker thief, but I like the versatility etc.

So I delved into the engineer forums.
Oh. My. God. If I relied on that forum I would think engineers are the crappiest class in the history of MMO’s. So then I followed this to other forums for the other classes I played. The only forum that did NOT have whining in it, was the warrior forum.

Holy hell people, just enjoy your class. I may not be the best in wvwvw but I will enjoy dropping bombs on people’s head.

This post has no purpose except to say: wow. Just play the bloody game.

Probably because Warriors have 2 easy mode builds.

Mainly Bull Rush + Hundred Blade and the Signet Build

The other classes have good build too, but I guess they’re not as popular or super duper strong as those 2 Warrior builds.

Also I play Engineer too, and I absolutely love it.

Great! Glad to see people still love their engie heh.

My engineer is level 13 and am so so about it.

I think I just need to get to 30 so I have a full compliment of skills to use. But the flamethrower just makes it so much fun. I think I don’t like the play style but love the kits, so will be one I play but never play seriously.

I’ve been an engineer main since Day 1 of BWE1 (although I tried other classes) – still absolutely love it.

The upset are usually a vocal minority
The happy are usually busy playing the game

The game does not offer a location to express how happy they are
The forums are a location where people can gripe.

The current tournament “god class” is guardians. They have both a super support build and the highest spike damage build in the game atm.

But their is a necro spec built specifically to own Guardians.

So Necros are in their weird place where they’re the perfect counter to the most OP class in tournament PvP right now, but that’s all they’re good for.

I’m an Ele and I’ve got the same issue. Though Eles would use a buff, yes.
