Why is there no Public Test Servers in this game? Every single major MMO (except gw2) has PTS for their players. It starts to feel like current patches are not tested at all or if they are its only tested by few players / devs. Especially when you are bringing balance patch it would be good to have players testing it to see how its gonna be in action. Some of the bugs are so obvious and game breaking and could probably have been prevented from going in the live patch. We had public test for EOTM why not have it for every patch?

selecting a handful of people is not public thoughts. we shoud have a PTR realm where we ALL can give back feedback.
