Another player and I were playing with this group of “allies” in fractal, as we are about to do the 3rd fractal boss we got kicked to make space to whoever. I got the screen captured and names before they kicked me. Anyway to report/punish these kind of activity?

Report them to the support, there is nothing aside that you can do.
