Any idea on which this would become available to purchase? I think they said 200 gems per story content.

Also, would this be retroactive into season one or are we s.o.l for missing part of the content?

They want to put Season 1 in the journal but it would require a large amount of time and expense, because the journal didn’t exist. A lot of what happened in Season 1 would have to be redesigned. They’re not working on it currently but they’d like to do it at some point.

Would the achievements be retroactive also? Say I miss content, would I be able to go back and at least get the achievements?

No, the achievements are gone. But there are always more achievements. It’s never ending. And I believe one day those will come back.

As for future releases they become available to buy as soon as their two weeks are up. So for example anyone who didn’t log in between the 1st and 15th July could purchase Episode 1 as soon as the patch hit which added Episode 2.

You can’t currently purchase any others because we’re still in the 2 week release period for E2, but it will be available to purchase from next Tuesday.

If you buy them you unlock the story instances, the achievements and the rewards. Everyone has access to the new map whether they’ve bought it or not.

I believe the end of a release is not when the next patch hits, but at reset the day before said patch will hit (much like when the Monthlies reset). Also, though the usual (so far, anyway) is two weeks, some patches may be 4 weeks or longer, so that patch would be available at no cost for however long it is active.

It is, indeed 200 Gems to purchase any past episodes in Season Two. The Devs have stated that someday Season One will become available, but that there is no time frame for when that would be, nor any decisions on what the cost would be, whether there would be a cost, at all, or in what form Season One might be distributed (i.e. single-episodes, bundles, complete Season pack, etc.).
