Put 50g in guildbank..can i get it back?
You’ll need to talk to your guild leadership.
You’re obviously new to the game, so welcome!
You never have to deposit gold into a bank. Awhile back they introduced an account wallet system so it’s all automatic, never have to get your hands dirty.
To get your gold back just talk to your guild leader or officer, they have access and I’m sure will get it back to you.
EDIT: And in the future don’t ever post players account names…you need to blank them out or just not include the screenshot. It’s frowned upon on the forums.
EDIT (Again): Sorry, I just realized by your stage in the personal story and actually by the fact you have 50g to deposit at all that you’re probably not new to the game. I hope my ‘welcome to the game’ comment didn’t seem sarcastic, it really wasn’t meant that way. I’ve made my share of /facedesk mistakes with tons of time in the game believe me.

Ask your guild leader if you don’t have withdrawal rights. Do it now so someone else doesn’t take it!
And be more careful.
Would you like some hard cheeze with your sad whine?
You should have checked to see your permissions based on your current rank. Anyone can deposit but you can set up which ranks allow withdraw. Send mail to your guild leader asking for your money back or be promoted to be able to withdraw.
It’s not rare for players to join a guild, raid the bank and quit so I wouldn’t expect a promotion.

Looking at the the activity of the bank, looks like the guild he deposited to might actually be dead where the leader actually quit the game, in which case you could try a support ticket but I doubt anything will happen, at least it is worth a shot.
No. Do NOT submit a support ticket. That’s a complete waste of Anet’s time. Customer Support agents don’t get involve with guild issues. If your guild leader or someone else with the authority to change your permissions isn’t online, or won’t give it to you, then you’ve lost your Gold. Take this as a learning moment, and be more careful of where you put your money in the future.

I’ve run into this.. had someone join, and then almost immediately start asking about the stuff in our vault. It’s why my lowest rank (for new members) can see and deposit, but not actually touch anything.
Of course, I’ve also had a member that quit the game, gutted his account, got himself temp-banned, then came back several weeks later because he couldn’t get a refund for a game he’d already sank several hundred hours into. We helped him get all re-equipped, he then raided the vault, and quit to start his own guild. sigh Some people…
Anywho, on topic. Yes OP, check who has which privileges for the vault and then email one of them to see if they can withdraw your money for you. If your guild is non-active, support might be your best bet.
On previous threads the answer has been that support will not help in situations like this. They are not going to go into a guild vault and take out money or items for someone who does not have the permissions for it. They don’t even have that ability. Your only chance is to get a guildie to withdraw it and send it to you. Otherwise it’s gone for good.

I hadn’t heard that, or maybe I just don’t recall. I can sort of see why support wouldn’t want to get involved though. Even if they did have the ability.
Customer Support will not be of assistance. They have a strict hands-off policy concerning Guilds and anything associated with Guilds.
Why were you depositing gold anyway? That’s not how gold works anymore. Are you a returning player from before the wallet? Did you seriously come back to the game after that long ago and not even approach trying to find out the Major changes to the game that have occurred in that time?
Sorry, I’m not sympathetic at all. It takes very little time to determine things like that. And you should really be able to tell the difference between a guild bank and a normal bank because they’re labeled differently. If you were actually new, that would be one thing, but that’s not the case here, so tough.

It’s highly possible that the OP might have been told about it, but still ended up forgetting anyway. It can happen. I keep looking around Vigil Keep for the Laurel Merchant or zipping over there to craft, and then about a minute or two of looking around later: “Oh. Right. Airship.” and then I’m off to Hoelbrak. This is about two months after LA got kaploded.
Guild leader or officer can get it back to you. They have a history log that will show you put in 50g.
It’s a medical condition, they say its terminal….
