“We are now! We are forever!”
PvP "Arah Armor Set"
“We are now! We are forever!”
Just misleading. It should be clarified to state that you get 1 piece of the set. Obviously it wouldn’t really make sense for a repeatable track to give you a whole set, you wouldn’t have much reason to redo it…
It really sounds like a glitch to me. I mean, you get a bunch of weapons before you get to the end of the track for the armor, so it seems strange that you would get so many weapons before a single armor piece.
But…maybe ANet intends you to buy the other armor pieces with the tokens that you also get as a reward?
You could get it for like 15k glory b4 patch. Now, you need to do.. what???
So the box description is wrong…..tbh for that to be the final reward…not so….great.
Why don’t they make to get for every “milestone” an armor part and in the end the weapon…that would make sense.
“We are now! We are forever!”
Well, it took them a few days to realize that the Balth back item was account bound in error, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this was an error that they need to fix too.

Ahh, so it’s another piece of official information stuck deep in the forums.
I really wish ANet would get an organized channel of communication linked to the game so that you didn’t have to dig through forum posts or rely on people who have the patience to wade through the forum mess to get official info.
This is the kinda stuff that should be listed on the launcher before you load the game…but we can’t even get patch notes that way unfortunately. =/

Dev Tracker at the top of the forum index. Lists every post made by an Anet staff member.

Yea, it’s on the forums and the only organization is by date. It also includes all dev responses on tech issue posts, which are almost never relevant to anyone beyond people having specific tech problems.
So unless you dig through the dev tracker on a daily basis, you won’t keep up with this kinda stuff.
Other than listing all the Dev responses in one place, how would they determine what to announce on the Launcher? I mean, one issue may be important to some, another issue important to a different group.
What we would probably end up with is almost every Dev response listed on the Launcher…..and we are back to the Dev Tracker.
Also, initial Patch Notes for each release are announced on the Launcher. If there is a hot fix, you will need to download, again, and that tells me (at least) that there is an update to the Patch Notes.

Simple rule, Ignore Gaile posts and Segovia’s and you are fine. The rest should at least be a bit interesting. This is for dev tracker.
No excuse anymore for not giving ‘hide mounts’-option
No thanks to unidentified weapons.

Gaile posts can be interesting too. When you’re as paranoid as I am of my account being hacked, it’s at least informative about supports’ policies.
anyway… As a dungeon runner I’m glad that it’s not falling off a log easy to get dungeon specific armors in a completely different game mode.
And all who stood by and did nothing, who are they to criticize the sacrifices of others?
