Received mail from ArenaNet today in-game titled the above. Any idea what it is? I assume it’s probably a rune or sigil that I purchased in PvP that no longer exists.

“Structured Player vs. Player
We have revised the sigils available in PvP. Players who had a sigil that is no longer available will have their money refunded.”
