Hey guys,

I was in a friendly PvP match against a Ranger and while we were fighting, a tree grew on top of him.

Does anyone know what this skill is? I am pretty sure it wasn’t from my thief.

If anyone could help it’d be much appreciated.

It’s the steal skill Thieve’s get from Rangers.

It was a sylvari emerging from the player’s corpse.

Was it a hard wood tree or a soft wood tree emerging from his body?

I guess you didn’t think to pull out an axe and harvest it.

Whenever you kill a ranger. Plant a tree in their memory.

You got wood when you touched him with steal. The wood makes everything wet when it grows and you can bomb the wet field with cluster bomb to splash it around and heal yourself. Very useful tactic.

I wonder if you wrote this the way I read it.

someone in your team was probably low on health so he stole it from a ranger, and if you have a blast finisher you can actually blast the tree for more heal
