If i buy a pvp cultural armor, does it count for the achivement ?

that… is a really good question.

Especially considering that 60 gold and 60k Glory for the whole set of tier 3 armor is a crap ton cheaper than the 119 gold required to buy the PvE tier 3 armor…

EDIT: turns out they don’t count towards that achievement.
