Okay, so, I made The Legend today and saw that I could sell it. I decided to keep it and finish off The Bifrost. When I made The Bifrost though I found that it had become Account bound. I had not equipped it. I had just simply made it in the forge and it said that I had acquired the legendary.

My Question is this. If I had made The Legend and SOLD IT, would it have immediately become Account bound to the person who made Bifrost with it?

Bifrost will only become account bound if you pick stats/unlock the skin. It should still be sellable after you craft it.
