The item that increases stack sizes from 250 to 500 does it also allow you to buy and sell 500 at a time on the auction house?

No it doesnt

Storage Expander – to increase the maximum stack size of all stored materials by 250. This is capped at 1,500.
This only works for Material Storage not general Bank inventory storage

Yeah, that and armor were my two big things for the sale.
While I picked up a few things I’d planned to max the storage and pick up any of like 7 armor sets.
I’m happy with my one makeover kit and half off pick, but I wanted to give them more money than that. Ah well.
