Since there are so many traits and gear/sigils/runes which provide additional outgoing heal, can we have it shown at the attribute window, for example when hovering the mouse over the “Healing Power”-Attribute? Would be awesome.

Thats depending on the target. Im asking for the ADDITIONAL PERCENTAGE. please read next time.
If you want to go with that argument it is also true for healing. For example poison and agony will reduce effectiveness.
