Quaggan Continuity
There was a previous thread(s) on this subject around the time of release. You can use Google to find it, if so desired.
Good luck.
Do you have any idea of what the thread was called? I’m not having luck finding it.
No, but if memory serves, it was in the Living World sub-forum.
It likely had Quaggan (but, of course, might have had some other eye-catching title) in the title, and you can narrow the search to that time period.
Good luck.
I had to scroll through the forums manually but i think i found it!

Unless the person doing it hates quaggans I suppose, and thinks of them as joke characters instead of an endearing race of pacifists somehow surviving in a harsh world.
You know, that if you read more closely all the hints around them, it seems that originally they were a rather bloodthirsty race that turned themselves pacifist in order not to die out?
They are based on orcas, not dolphins, for a reason.
(though, it doesn’t make them any less of a cute joke characters now, and the bitterfrost ones do stand out for no reason whatsoever)

They do have a level of subtlety and thoughtful design that is more complex than the stupid mascot trope so I’m willing to consider that theory :O
I agree with you, Eyestrain. Before Bitterfrost, the Quaggan were humble, shy and slow in their dialogues, yet they had some deep that made then interesting. There were stupid and bright ones, cheerful and sad ones, kind and aloof ones. The fear of their own rage was very well portrayed, and their struggle to stand and fight was truly moving.
In Bitterfrost they are all the same boring goody-do-good stereotype joke. Awful.
that it makes every other class in the game boring to play.”
Hawks
quaggan have no continuity. they dont belong in this world and should be used as cannon fodder at the earliest convenience
