I guess you could say that.

I only hope that this balance update will be what it implies and not what previous “balance patches” were: meta changes. There are so many inconsistencies with skills, traits, and cross-profession balance, it’s probably the sole reason preventing more people from taking guild wars 2 e-sports in pvp seriously.
