I got CC’ed by Rl and was forced afk just before season 2. Can we use the ticket anywhere?

I don’t think so since the vendors only appear during Queen’s Jubilee/Festival of the Four Winds. I haven’t been inside The Crown Pavilion since S2 started so if its closed you probably can’t get it anymore.

If you still need the Living World S1 rewards they can now be purchased from the Laurel Merchant, but everything is insanely expensive (25 laurels +15g) each.
