Free veteran character slot only for prepurchase. That over now. If buy deluxe or ultimate will get 1 character slot like sale page say.

You can not find prepurchase for HoT because HoT live now. Perpurchase mean you buy expansion before launch and make active code on account before launch. That over now because HoT launch.
If you buy deluxe or ultimate you still will get 1 character slot. Just not the other free veteran slot for prepurchase.

The offer ended when HoT went live. The text on the box is irrelevant. If you get a copy that says ‘pre-purchase’ it will work as the upgrade, but there will not be a character slot mailed to you.

Like I say you can not find prepurchase. Prepurchase mean you buy before launch and make active code on you account before launch. It is impossible to do this now because HoT launch already. There is no way possible to do this now to get veteran character slot.

Like I say you can not find prepurchase. Prepurchase mean you buy before launch and make active code on you account before launch. It is impossible to do this now because HoT launch already. There is no way possible to do this to get veteran character slot.

Ah oh well, but its weird that I bought a copy of FFIV HS at my local eb games went home and turn out to be a pre-order copy.
You might find a rare Pre-purchase non-digital copy of Heart of Thorns, but the requirement of registering your Serial Key before launch would make the bonus character slot inapplicable.
