What’s the difference buying EU/NA, when you can play on ether server?

Also, since you can play on ether server, is stuff still account bound, like my NA account wardrobe, outfits, ban items. ETC. If I where to move to EU from NA, will I still have all that?

You can transfer back and forth once per week at most for a gem fee. All account stuff is preserved. There is no difference between the two other than they are mutually exclusive – NA players cant join EU maps / instances and vice versa. Reason I know so much about this? My ex has friends in both servers so they transfer back and forth every now and then.
