Hello all, last night, I sold a weapon skin for 125.5G. This morning I logged in to see I had 112.95 silver waiting for me. While this was great, that’s 90% of 125.5. I thought the TP put a 15% tax on everything, so I was expecting 106.67

What happened to the 5% fee?

Thanks all!

You pay 5% fee for posting item from your own pocket. Only sale fee of 10% is reduced from sale price.

  • Listing Fee (5%) — This nonrefundable cost covers listing and holding your items for sale.
  • Exchange Fee (10%) — After a successful trade, the item exchange fee is deducted from coins delivered to the seller.

Thanks! I missed the listing fee, since I paid it up front. Wow, it’s not very clear about what happens to your money.

Yeah, I wish the fees weren’t so high in this game’s TP. Just feels outrageous compared to the auction house fees of other games.

If fees were lower then overall price of all items would be higher. TP is one of the main gold sinks in the game.

To be very honest though, the game states exactly how high the listing and sell fee is before you post the item. It even states so right next to the price you are putting up. Just look to the right and it will state:

- Listig Fee: xxg xxs xxc
- Exchange Fee: xxg xxs xxc

The listing fee gets taken instantly, the exchange fee once the item is sold. That’s the only thing not clearly mentioned (though very logical).
