Q:
Lion’s Arch is a large trade and RP hub, it’s restoration is highly anticipated by many players including myself. The new look sounds exciting. But, it is wondered, will other cities receive a face lift too?
Also, with the removal of the Breachmaker, will Scarlett’s energy probes slowly start vanishing from the landscape?
To my fellow players, what other places are felt to be in need of patching up? The list so far.
Ascalon:
Ebonhawke still has entire sections in the north and north west burned down and destroyed. While it is ‘flavor destruction’ it seems strange that Divinity’s Reach built an entire Pavilion with Ebonhawke stone before Ebonhawke could repair its own structures. Maybe another market area, tavern or even community parkish spot would be lovely there. Separatist free of course.
Kryta:
Divinitys Reach:
Ossan District is in a constant state of ‘patchy repainting’ and it might be nice to have a more uniform appearance to the area.
Rurikton has the scaffolding behind Minister Wii’s manor which has been there since launch.
The Eastern commons in Divinity’s Reach near the carnival show is also still being ‘built’ and has been for some time. Perhaps just a little progress in that area or it can be the location for a new housing, area, building?
Kessex Hills. This is just an entire map which many in the player base are hoping will be restored soon.
Fort Salma. It might be a bit too soon to restore this particular land mark but much like Lion’s Arch, it’s strange that this key spot in Seraph military is being progressed. Perhaps shifting the Fort to a seize state much like the bastions in Silverwastes? Players can clear it and hold it for a while through Dynamic Events. A while being 1 hour or such.
Caledon
Bay Haven north of Sandycove Beach is another location which is in a state of static repair.
Metrica Province
Shiverpeaks
Of all the places you mentioned, ONLY DR is actually, you know, a city. For all intents and purposes, Ebonhawke is not a city where one can be willfully ignorant. You’ve got separatists causing fights, and you’ve also got charr that refuse to accept the ceasefire.
The rest are meaningless to change, or detrimentally impact LS episodes.
Ebonhawke is a city in an area called Fields of Ruin that’s of Ascalon. However, I have edited the topic to bring it to a more broad definition.
Kessex Hills could be cleaned up and restored without being a problem for the story, same as LA is going to be cleaned up and restored. Also, Fort Salma and Fort Concordia would also realistically at some time be cleaned up and repaired.

That’s actually simple. Ebonhawke is not a Krytan city, and technically not a part of Queen Jennah’s rule. In practice seraph forces seem to operate there with impunity, and queen’s opponents are hunted.
Think of this as an example of exploiting a conquered territory.
Seraph Fallen Angels have fairly narrow jurisdiction in Ebonhawke. They’re an honor guard in many ways and support for the truce, but the primary military force in Ebonhawke are the Ebon Vanguard.
But I’m guessing there’s no other buildings in other areas/cities/etc which could use ‘finishing up’ ?
@Celtic Lady, true. It’s already a little bit neater than when the tower went down in certain areas.
