Guild Wars 2

Hey guys quick question here.. I still have a set of Soul-bound Endless tools on one of my characters and i heard you can turn them to account bound ones at a weapon specialist but I didn’t see any options to do so at the NPC.

Is it still possible to trade them in for account bound versions?

Soulbound versions of this item can be exchanged for account bound versions at a Black Lion Weapons Specialist.

Not sure if you read what i said before my question but I’ve already looked at that NPC and all they sell is Ticket stuff unless there is different types of “Black Lion Weapon Specialists”

Unequip it and then look at the options again.
