Probably not but you can always ask support. It never hurts to ask. It also never hurts to very careful when you have one or more of these store bought things.

It’s pretty tough to delete them by accident, too, since every store bought thing I’ve tried to delete makes you type in the full name of the item before confirming deletion.
You could do it by deleting the char it’s on. People have done that. Whether they get the tool back from support then is another question.
AH if it asks you to type in the name then I guess it’s not too bad. I was afraid of accidentally destroying it because I transfer it to other characters often. I was afraid I might mis-drag the item and place it outside the inventory box where it’ll get deleted.
