Short question: If I were to play a music instrument and record it using my mechanical keyboard macro keys to play it later on, is that prohibited?

I’m under the impression that macros for music instruments are allowed. Can anyone confirm?

Just because- you know, its pleaseant to listen to
Devs stated multiple times that Macros are banneble. one button= one action performed

I don’t really see how it would be an issue for the music instruments, given that using a macro to play them does not give you any bonus/unfair advantage over any other player playing the game,

All it really does it allows you to play said tune/tunes without making a mistake.

I couldn’t find the link, but it is just like Horus said, macro for instruments is tolerated (read, you won’t be banned for that), but macros in general aren’t allowed.

Thanks guys, wish a dev would confirm but I take your words on it. I would like to play the instruments more often but my hands are hurting from carpel tunnel…
