Is it legit? They are selling a 29.99 USD key for $30.29 while pretending that its usually $39.59. Not a legit practice.
they will not send you a CD either.
Avoid, save your 30 cents, not worth the gamble.
also, cdkeys is a taboo site to link to almost on every site. Best remove the link to be safe, i do not know Arenanets policy on it.
