Reading the different versions I saw the following for the ultimate version:
The Ultimate edition of the game includes all of the above in addition to 4,000 gems.
The Ultimate edition will not be available as an upgrade and must be purchased as a full game package.

So I recon using my exiting account I cannot buy the ultimate version as it requires creating a new account? I can’t just add the ultimate version to my existing account?

I find this a bit disturbing as it would drop costs bij 30 EUR, the ultimate version gives you 4000gems worth 50 EUR so if i subtract that from the 100 EUR pricetag i get a result of 50 EUR for all the bonus stuff and upgrade (which seems reasonable).

However if I can’t use the ultimate version and have to buy the Deluxe version I get the same thing without the gems for 75 EUR. So 75 EUR minus 50 EUR means I would have to pay 50% more for the same thing just because I am a veteran player.
I can’t see how thats fair…

They just mean you can not buy the Standard or Deluxe version of HoT, and then later upgrade it to the Ultimate version.

Yes, you can… You will get 4000 gems + all Deluxe stuff on you existing accoun
