Rather unlikely, seeing as the event itself is not the same (lore-wise). Scarlet is dead. Lion’s Arch is destroyed.
The main reason for this release (in-lore) is that they want to help (in the case of the Zephyrites) rebuild Lion’s Arch and motivate (in the case of the Gauntlet) them.

About Scarlet I agree 100% with lordkrall, there is no way to be the same, probably there may be a small cutscene showing the Queen’s Gauntlet being opened and that is it.
