After stopping for few month,i decide to play back Gw2 today and saw the heroic edition. Does i need to rebuy or upgrade the game inorder to play ?

To expand on that, there’s nothing in the Heroic Edition that can’t be bought separately in the gem store. There’s no reason to buy the game again for it.

The Heroic Chest is, as of right now, approximately a $14 value (USD,) assuming you were going to buy 10 XP boosters, a legacy armor skin, and an 18-slot mithril box.
