I am looking buy some ascended rings and trinkets but am not sure witch to buy, should I get offensive, defensive or ones with utility, I want all zerker gear but don’t know where to go regarding the slots , what’s the difference. Thanks

The difference lies in infusions you can put into them. Offensive infusions cover Power, Precision, Condi damage, defensive infusions are toughness, vitality, healing power, and utility infusions (only available on amulets) are for things like +%gold from monsters, +%karma gain etc.
Remember also, that you cannot have two identical rings (or accesories) equipped at the same time. You need to use either rings with different stats, or both defensive and offensive infusion version of the same stat set.

Those ascended rings and earrings are “unique”, meaning that you can’t equip 2 with the same name. So you have to equip one with offensive infusion and other with defensive infusion, if you want then both with the same stats.

Only on amulet you have the option of an utility infusion slot, where you can put a +20% magic find infusion for example, but you cant put agony infusions on utility amulets.
