The update on the news page states: This type of sigil will have more strict rules applied on them, so that a player will no longer be able to gain 25 stacks and then un-equip the sigil.

Here is my question, because for me this may well be a huge game breaking move, as it well may be for others. I have a thief, and I have a superior bloodlust in my dagger, and force in my sword, when I swap to my bow for ranged attacks, is this now going to kill/clear my stack of bloodlust?

I am hoping you are referring to unequiping a weapon to swap to a different one all together, not to swapping weapon sets which are currently equipped, but some clarity would make me feel alot better.

Thank you.

They are referring to unequiping the weapon, swap won’t remove the stack.

I’m going to have to rearrange the placement of some of my Bloodlust sigils on my weapons then…

If un-equipping them is going to remove the stacks then I guess it’s time I finally got rid of my bloodlust stacking weapon.

Follow the darkness into the depths, it’s more fun than the light can provide.

It’s going to be especially bad on an Elementalist or Engineer, since they only have one weapon slot.
