Hi srry if this post is a bit out of place but I was wondering if having members in a guild that don’t represent your guild earn your guild reputation? I’m just wondering if their is ANY benefit at all given to a guild

No, only Representing Members can earn influence for the guild, and only on the server they are playing on at the time.

so because their is no benefit should I kick people out that aren’t representing?
(its kind of heartless to me but they are just taking up slots)
I need a second opinion on this

Well, what you could do is organize an event (WvWvW or PVE stuff) and ask the participants to represent you during said event.
