I have a question and would like someone to answer one of the ArenaNet or anyone here on the Forum when we Gemstore in the “Rox’s Quiver Backpack Cover” again?

I doubt even ArenaNet knows other than about a week before it’d be out again for a promotional period. My best advice is to keep an eye on the Gem Store, and the Guild Wars 2 website for news. Especially Tuesdays.

As a prediction, I reckon since the Living Story gang (usually dubbed Destiny’s Edge 2.0) are a part of the Heart of Thorns story, they’ll probably do a longer promotional period of all of the character’s skins about a fortnight before HoT release. Just a prediction though.

An alternative is to make one of the quiver ascended backpieces, like Swift Quiver of Flight.
