Quickest exp farm?
Outside of consumables and crafting, it’s still EotM followed by world completion.
Personal story gives a lot of exp too.
The neutral mobs (yellow) give loads of exp sometimes because people don’t see them as a threat, so they can give tons of exp. If you think I’m kidding, just stroll out to the sides of roads where people pass Moas, gazelles, rams and other critters and kill them. 85 exp with 400 bonus exp. The closer you get to 60 it can get up into the 1000’s in bonus exp. Use the boosters from the dragon festival (they stack up to 2 hours.) along with buff food and a utility. That’s 30% more. Then use Laurel booster for an hour, you can get up to 80% bonus exp very easily.
If you are a veteran player and have access to: Celebration Booster, XP Booster, and Killstreak booster (plus food of course) then killing yellow mobs in a rotation is the absolute fastest way to level. (Not including crafting) Also make sure you use your level 20 scroll to skip the first 20 levels.
There are diminishing returns on the bonus XP so you want to find a nice big spawn of Moas or any other yellow critter, kill them, then move on to the next one. Don’t just sit at one spawn, eventually there will be no bonus XP. You need to constantly be moving, but I’ve leveled 3-4 times/hr with this method depending on spawns, which surpasses EoTM.
It’s a medical condition, they say its terminal….

People have claimed to have gotten upwards to 8 levels an hour with boosters in EotM but that depends on no downtime from wiping. The average without boosters is around 5 levels which puts it about on par with the method you listed. It’s definitely an alternative if someone doesn’t like mindless zerging.
One thing to add though is that along with boosters, you also need to know where the least killed mobs are and how to kill them on a map efficiently to maintain a high XP/hr rate before hopping to the next map. Unfortunately, nobody has created maps to my knowledge showing the routes other than one for dredgehaunt. Definitely an opportunity for someone to create them for other players if they wish.
Edit: Added italicized phrase for clarity.

last i checked boosters have little to no effect on event xp, which is the bulk of exp in eotm. You kill like 4 monsters every 5 minutes? i cant imagine they would effect much unless you were fighting players, which isnt that common, and requires you to survive.

I was going off a reddit post where some people were claiming that. I assume they got the XP off kills while doing the rotations. I can vouch for the 5 levels an hour though as that’s what I was doing on a brand new account. I’ll change the post to state that people have claimed to have gotten upwards to 8 levels an hour.
