With quickness becoming a boon, does that mean it can be stacked like a boon? Can 5 guardians all use Feel My Wrath and get 25 seconds of quickness? It would suck to have that quickness be overwritten by a mesmer’s 1s quickness.

Yes it will stack. Just like it does now even though it shouldn’t.

It’s a boon, and will probably stack duration.
BUT!
It may only stack duration a limited number of time, meaning u won’t get more stack when u reached the maximum untill the first isn’t expired. (probably they’ll put a cap of 3 time u can prolong the duration)
