I am trying to get Quip by doing the collections, and am stuck on the last tier where i need Black Powder. I am supposed to be able to buy it from Thegren Topjaw, but he wont sell it to me. Anyone know if this is a bug, a bad tooltip, or if im just missing something?
oh, and why do i need 50 planks to make some confetti? seems a bit much.
How could they have an oversight like this? My friend that is working on the Quip / Chaos Gun collection also is unable to complete it because of this.
