dear game devs the torch rodgort costs as much to make as ny otehr legendary upon creating one i found out the effect are much less impressive than all the toerh weapons, plz fix teh footsteps can be barely seen!!!! and the torch as well
also theres no effect when wielded!!!

They will revamp the less flashy legendaries. In the current state, Rodgort’s a lot better than some of the other legendaries that don’t even have effects.
