What classes benefit best from Precision, toughness, condition damage best?
I know that Rangers will occasionally use Rabid in condition builds in WvW… Necros and Mesmers also… maybe?
Some Necros use it in conjunction with traits that proc Bleeding+Steal Life on critical.
Rangers, Engineers, Necromancers, maybe Mesmers and Warriors (if built a certain way).
