Race changes?
Race is tied into your personal story so I highly doubt they would.
This topic is hardly new. Been up more than once before.
As Chorel says…. don’t see it happening. Think Anet actually did respond to one of the topics with a no of sorts. Not entirely sure and not sure where it would be. I guess that is what search is for… where you can see previous topics of the same thing and see of Anet said anything.

Believe it or not, class changing would be more technically viable than race changing is. So to answer your question, I seriously doubt it.
