Good morning everyone!

Perguntos because I have a Char race of warrior and would like to exchange for Human and not have to take him to level 80 again!

If someone could answer I thank you!

If this were a game that took months to hit level cap I would be incline to agree with you, but even casual playing will net you copious amounts of Tomes of Knowledge. I think I have 150 in my bank right now and I don’t do anything outside of dailies, fractal dailies, and then occasional HoT meta. Getting to 80 is a piece of cake in this game!

I won’t stop because I can’t stop.

It would be very nice.
Got 2 total makeover kits and I now give up in trying to make my norn thief more thief like, it just isn’t happening with a norn.

I have too much equipment with my main, to go through all that again on a new race.
Don’t really matter as I can learn to simply ignore how they look at this point. Is all good.

It’s been asked before, there’s an old dev reply buried deep in the forums somewhere that basically said a race changer would cause too many issues with how their personal story system is set up, so they’re not looking into it.

You’d think the obvious solution would be to reset the personal story when you change race, but we really don’t know if it would be that simple. It could be that ANet coded itself into a corner when designing the personal story system and trying to reset the story after character creation would… I dunno, permanently delete all the gathering nodes in your home instance or something.

This item is for people who have used all their Tomes of Knowledge, like me!
I’ve seen several people wanting the same however leveling a new character from scratch is not feasible!

Emphasis mine. Why do you think it is not feasible? The most powerful weapons and armor you can gather are all account-bound, not soul-bound. If you do all four of the PvP dailies every day and log in every day, you get 44 every month (16 from logging in and picking the 6 from the chest at the end, 28 from daily PvP rewards). After 55 days you will have enough ToK to level a character from 2 to 80 with 2 ToK left over, and you get the ascended chest to use as you wish after that to boot. It’s far from impossible and it’s how I brought the 6 under-80’s I had to 80 right after HoT hit (including a Revenant).

I have only been playing seriously since early this year and have 9 80’s. The daily PvP rewards are the key to getting 80’s because of the reward tracks.

I would like a race change option, even though I have no plans to change my Norn Druid. Customization options are great in a mmo.

Name, bag slots, maxed out crafting (many), Tyria completion, HoT map completion, Waypoints, etc…are all reasons I won’t redo my main.

Yea but that equipment can be transferred to the new character. Almost everything is account bound now.
