if 3 is asking about the boss enrage timer then yes its always on you cant disable it.

I think 3 is asking if they are only available at certain times? If so, no, they are always available with personal progress (read reward availability) saved after each boss death.

I believe there is a weekly reset on raids (I believe that’s what he’s asking?). Similar to WoW raids.
