I, for one, have already written to this email 16 days ago. Never got an answer.
And no, their reply is/was not in my Junk folder.
This world needs more people being frank and less people being offended.
In other words, “if you have a problem with anything we do here, keep it to yourself”.

I am seeing lots of locked threads, and posts regarding the locking of threads. If you don’t want your thread locked or to be potentially suspended or banned from the forum read the Code of Conduct for the Forums!
I will now quote some of the rules from the code of conduct that I feel are commonly broken that may be less obvious,
“Do not engage in staff call-outs. Using the words “ArenaNet” or any staff member’s name will not expedite the answer to your query.”
“Do not debate Customer Support decisions or actions. Threads or posts designed to announce, appeal, or contest your own or another player’s suspension or account termination—be it forum or game account—will be removed without notice.”

However I shouldn’t really have to post this as you should have already read the code of conduct!!! As the code of conduct is the rules for this forum!

This is debating moderation! you mentioned A…“them” as well! oh dear, looks like the catch 22 got us again xD
Whole thing can in fact be condensed into one quote as mentioned above
