Guild Wars 2

The map bonus system of central Tyria is pretty straightforward. However it would be super nice if a point tracker, much like the ones for HoT, would be added. The feature is already there, I’m suggesting adding it above the mini-map for the central Tyria maps so one knows how many points to the next reward.

It’s always one, or two events to the next reward. Always.

If you just got a reward, it’s possibly one event, likely two events until next reward.

If you didn’t just get a reward, it’s one event until the next reward.

Two events to the next reward only applies with Gold participation. If you only get silver or copper you get less points so it will take more events to get to the next reward.
However getting gold is usually easy enough.

Pretty sure that DR hits map reward track progress too. It would be nice to clearly see when you get hit with this strange penalty. I was in straits of devastation and must have hit too many in a short time (vet acolytes and the others near the melandru statue “rich” elder wood) and noticed that it started to be 3 events per reward.
