Reaper of Grenth is not an underwater skill, and was wondering why? I can understand why certain skills could not be allowed underwater, but this one baffles me.

Don’t look too closely at what is allowed underwater and what isn’t.

Guardians set things on fire while in water, just to begin with, so just abandon all reason

Same reason all necromancer minions function underwater, except the elite one.

Reaper of Grenth is a Human racial skill. All racial skills cannot be used underwater.

Yeah, and IIRC, originally none of the Elementalist elites worked underwater.
