Guild Wars 2

I was looking in game at the tooltip and it shows that the off-hand focus spinal shiver does 1500 damage but the damage in the Spite traitline for spinal shivers shows only 1100 damage…
Has anyone tried the trait to see if it is changed for higher damage too but just not updated for the tooltip?

does anyone know?
