Rebuilt Lion's Arch on June 23rd?

I’m excited to see Lion’s Arch rebuilt and Anet said that it was coming in the “next update” according to

…it’s pretty safe to assume that it’s coming with the skill/balance changes on June 23rd! I can’t wait to see what it looks like and if there are good afk spots

That’s how I read that news post in conjunction with news about next patch hitting June 23rd.

I have my fingers crossed for soon as well. There is nothing new lately (well, I guess the LS if you are a rare creature that both likes it AND also has not done season 2 yet). I joined right after scarlet’s attack so the world seems sort of … static. What is a non-newbie pve player to do that is new other than find those last niggling places for explorer achievements? Dailies? Go places I have not been lately?
